  • May 6th-7th: Advanced Feedback – Virtual (8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

  • Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop

    The Certification Workshop provides an in-depth understanding of how to administer, interpret, and implement the Hogan assessment suite. The workshop covers the three Hogan inventories—Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI); Hogan Development Survey (HDS); and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). 

    This workshop is for executive coaches, consultants, HR, talent management, organizational development, learning or training professionals, and psychologists who want to be certified in the administration, interpretation, and implementation of Hogan Assessments for selection, development, and coaching.  Cost is $2,900 USD.

    Hogan Advanced Interpretation

    Hogan’s Advanced Interpretation workshop is designed for practitioners who want to deepen and expand their Hogan interpretation skills.  The course provides practitioners an opportunity to practice interpreting profiles in a supervised setting, practice interpreting Hogan profiles in context, use subscales more skillfully to nuance main scale and configural interpretations, and interpret developmental themes from the assessment at a more advanced level.  Cost is $1,750 USD.

    Hogan Advanced Feedback

    Hogan’s Advanced Feedback workshop is designed for practitioners who want to receive more extensive instruction and practice delivering effective Hogan feedback.  The Advanced Feedback course provides practitioners an opportunity to deepen and expand their basic feedback delivery skills gained in the Certification Workshop through applying more advanced feedback models, creating developmental action plans, and understanding best practices for delivering Hogan feedback.  Cost is $1,750 USD.

    Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop + Advanced Interpretation OR Advanced Feedback is $4,050 USD.

    Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop + Advanced Interpretation AND Advanced Feedback is $5,200 USD.

    Eligible for HRCI and SHRM Credits

    The Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop is pre-approved for 16 Human Resources Certification Institute re-certification credits toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR.  It is also approved for 16 continuing education credits for SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.

    The Advanced workshops are eligible for 8 continuing education credits by HRCI and SHRM.

    Workshop Cancellation Policy

    If you cannot attend the Hogan course you originally registered for, please contact [email protected] no later than 10 days prior to the workshop date to be transferred to a future workshop. Please be advised, if you fail to contact us regarding a workshop transfer at least 10 days before the workshop you are scheduled to attend, you will be charged a $250 late-transfer fee. Each participant is allotted one transfer, each subsequent workshop transfer will incur a $250 transfer fee as well. Hogan Assessment Systems or MetaSkills does not offer a refund of any certification course registration.
